The flagship assessment of our platform. Once finished, our custom report provides 8-18 pages of an applicant’s character and talent traits along with what you might expect from them on the job. It helps clients find where an applicant might best fit in a company. It will also show where you may need to offer direction and training. Below are the curriculum and workbooks that 360 Solutions Strategic Partners use when working with clients. While partners use our workbook series in different ways, there are recommended course guides.
The workbooks come either as one book or as individual modules. These workbooks are the reference material participants use when going through any of 360 Solutions development programs. They follow the content in the Strategic Partner Leader’s Guides, and make it easy for a Partners to facilitate development sessions.
