Linda has served in numerous board level positions in education and non-profit organizations.

Her leadership experiences include serving as an officer for the various boards, as well as responsibility for developing the organization’s strategic vision and financial goals.  

Linda has real world organization leadership experience, including serving as an elected

Board of Education member for the Ralston Public Schools, a position she has been elected to for over 20+ years.  Linda currently serves as President of the Nebraska Association of School Boards, representing over 1700+ locally elected school board members across Nebraska.  

Linda’s 20+ years of leadership and service allow her to assist clients as they develop strategic plans, create systems to monitor the organization’s progress and assist in developing high performance leadership for growth.  

Linda’s ability to facilitate brainstorming and generate new ideas for marketing, fundraising, educating, and development of leaders allow an organization to achieve results they can not reach on their own.
